Comcast delays

Hello, I understand that the unfortunate storm disasters have left many companies struggling. I also know that customers are struggling to find back up plans for what they have to do without during this time as well. You have an obligation to keep communication channels open and giving factual answers up front to your customer base. Recordings don't cut it. We pay and if fact still received a timely bill reminder. It takes going on to three weeks and daily complaints to even get a partially competent person on the phone? We have just used antenna digital and smartphone tether to have a partial sense of connection online to do our work. If not for sports I would cancel my subscription. I will search for that option anyway. I am not happy. Good day.
